The Purpose Behind the Mission
A second critical strategy of W.E. Do Good™ is our established partnership with Project Concern International (PCI). PCI’s mission is to prevent disease, improve community health, and promote sustainable development. This global non-profit organization has a long-term relationship with the Ethiopian government, and greatly reduces the political complexities of effectively working together.
PCI has worked on various livelihood and climate change adaption as well as agricultural related projects such as the Women Empowerment program where participants generate income for themselves and learn valuable financial skills. Through these activities, women develop self-assurance and vision. They also resolve to continue improving their lives and the lives of their families and community members.
The overall purpose of W.E. Do Good is to create a social and economical impact on underprivileged farmers and their families in Ethiopia. Its strategy is to use a corporate social responsibility for-profit business model and reinvest the profits back into the business.
